I think this is a used vintage straw tote from Mexico
Looks like Mexico was done in yarn on the top but a lot of that has come off.
Theres are areas of damage in the front. Miss dirt, dust and needs the fuzzies pulled off
Has some spots, worn areas etc
The gold/brass pieces on the leather show age
