ITEM DETAILS:

1.)  Approximate Measurement: W 19"  X  H 12"  X D  6"  with 20" shoulder strap.

      (W 48cm X H 30cm X D 15cm with  51cm  double shoulder  strap.)

2a.)  Condition (Exterior):Many small scratches, stain, scuffs, dirt. Strap shows normal wear.  Some  stains and light scratches on metal hardware.

 2b.) Condition (Interior):  Main compartment has very little dirt, pockets are  also the same. I tried to capture the bag condition on several  pictures shown.  Please review them as they are an essential part of the description.

Please check with the condition before the purchase to avoid any problems later.

1.) Item will be shipped within 24 hours of cleared payment to PayPal Confirmed address only.  Please ensure that your "ship to" address is listed/on record with PayPal.

2.) Worldwide shipping is FREE using Japan EMS, and will include tracking number. This is the fastest and safest form of shipment, and will take 3-5 Business Days (from Japan) + Your Customs & Post Office Delivery Business Days. 

Your countrys Customs Office and Post Office may take several more days to process your package after it arrives from Japan. It is the buyers responsibility to keep track of the whereabouts of your package, and ensure that you or your designate is present to receive the delivery from your post office when it arrives. Seller is not responsible for the delay in the final delivery of the package to you.

3.)  Customs duties, taxes and other charges that may be collected at destination country are not part of the shipping cost, and the responsibility of the buyer. Please ensure that you are aware of what these charges will be before making your purchase.

PAYMENT:

2.) Payment is required within 3 days after the auction ends.  

RETURNS:

1.) Returns will be accepted within 14 days after the item is delivered for not "As Described" . 

2.) An eBay email message is required for a return; a prompt response will be given.

3.) Item being returned must be in the same condition as it was received, including original shipping documents.

4.) Refund will be issued only after the returned item is received, and in satisfactory condition.

They may have markings, damage, stains , scratches, old leather smell, musty storage smell, or other indistinguishable odor, etc. If you are sensitive to these conditions, then used merchandise is probably not for you.

2.) Additionally, for those of you who are not familiar with designer items, it is highly recommended that you check out these items in person at a department store to get a real sense of what they would look like before bid/offer/purchase.

2.) Should there be any Authenticity issues, please submit a Written  Proof or Statement from the designer store negating the authenticity of the item. Verbal claims that the item is not authentic is not admissible.

3.) The designer stores statement must be written on their official letterhead that should also include the name of the store official or manager making the claim, and their contact information.
