Payment
Buy Now Auctions - Payment must be made at time of purchase via PayPal.
Regular Auctions - Payment is due within 3 days of winning the auction.
Shipping
All auctions are shipped out within 1 BUSINESS day of cleared payment. This excludes weekends & holidays.
If there will be a delay in shipping, you will be notified. (Vacation, sick, etc)
Shipping carrier is chosen by me and may be done thru: USPS, UPS or FedEx
Returns
I do offer a 14-day return policy for my items, however, rules do apply.
You must contact me with 24hrs of receipt if you wish to return an item. Item must be physically returned within 14 days of receipt.
Shipping is NON-REFUNDABLE. It is incorporated into the price of the item.
Buyer`s Remorse - You will need to return the item at your expense and include delivery confirmation. Refund will be given less original shipping charges and less a 20% restocking fee.. If free shipping was offered, actual shipping charges I paid will be deducted from refund.
Wrong Item - I will credit you the return shipping and ship out the correct item as soon as the wrong item is received back. (Credit will be for lowest/cheapest shipping option available. I will not pay for Priority, Express, etc. return shipping)
Item Not As Described - I am human... I try to list all my auction with clear descriptions. It is impossible to be 100% on color since there are millions of shades of color. The descriptions are my opinion OR the manufacturers description. I am NOT an expert on any of my items. If you need more information, please email me PRIOR to bidding/purchasing to save us both time & money.
Damaged - Please do not contact me saying an item is not as described when the item is actually damaged. I show pictures of actual items so if you need additional pictures, I can try to accommodate, however I do not sell damaged items and list them as new/perfect. Conditions are ALWAYS listed in the item description. If it is damaged, it is a carrier issue and you will need to contact the carrier for further assistance. If I end up assisting you and giving a partial credit, the credit will be a percentage of the price of the item AFTER SHIPPING CHARGES ARE DEDUCTED. The shipping is incorporated INTO the price of the item.
Refunds
Refunds - are issued within 5 days of receipt of returned item.
You must be patient as all returns are investigated and inspected upon receipt.
Original shipping charges are not refundable unless item was grossly misrepresented.
If free shipping was offered, the original shipping amount I paid will be deducted from your refund.
ALL FEES associated with your listing will not be refunded as I will have to pay that fee, again, to relist the item.
