Shipping / Handling Fees:

PLEASE WAIT FOR AN INVOICEFROM KILOHOKU and DO NOT use automatic checkout. We will verify thefees at auctions’ end, and let you know the cost once the item is safely packedand ready for shipping within a day or two of auctions end.  We will ship via USPS usually once a week(Fridays and/or Saturdays) once payment is received and made in full.

We will combine items wheneverpossible to save on the shipping fees - the discount will be on the invoice wesend after the items have been packed and weighed. All items are packedthe day after the auction ends so you must let us know if you are or will bebidding on items that dont end the same day. **Once anitem is packed and the package is sealed it CANNOT be combined withanything else.

U.S.Domestic Buyers: 

High bidder to pay for USPSpriority shipping / handling, delivery confirmation (mandatory), and insurancefees (optional up to $100 / mandatory over $100 final auction purchaseprice).   Estimated shipping / handling costto continental US from Hawaii (96755) is $12.50 via USPS priority mail.  Shipping within the State of Hawaii is cheaper, ask us if you need arevised estimate.

**We will consider buyersrequest to ship heavier items (4+ lbs. / large packages) via USPS Parcel PostIF AVAILABLE to save on postage to the mainland U.S. and will try to identifyit in our listings as applicable.  Pleasebe aware however that delivery time will be a good 2-3 weeks and we HIGHLYRECOMMEND checking with us ahead of time to ensure availability and obtaining aUSPS estimate for your area.

InternationalBuyers: 

Import duties, taxes, and chargesare not included in the item price or shipping cost.  These charges are the buyersresponsibility.  Please check with yourcountrys customs office to determine what these additional costs will beprior to bidding or buying.   ** You areresponsible for all import restrictions, customs fees, delivery surcharges, andduty fees unique to your country and/or chosen method of shipping. I willnot falsify customs forms by declaring items “gifts.” The winning bid pricewill be the declared value. **

• Priority Mail International: This service is the most expensive but it has INSURANCE and TRACKING to the country of destination.
• Priority Mail Flat Rate Envelopes : No tracking but arrives much faster than First Class International. This service is only available for small, flat items.
• First Class Mail International: 4 pound weight limit / No insurance / No tracking. It is the cheapest shipping but there is no way to guarantee delivery if you choose First Class International. This is your choice and I cannot issue refunds for lost or stolen First Class International items.
• CUSTOMS: Customs can take 2-4 weeks to clear a shipment for delivery to you. I cannot be responsible for customs delays.

  Estimatedshipping / handling cost to Intl. (varies)from Hawaii is $63.00 via USPS Intl. Flat Rate (delivery 6-10 days),  $48.50 via USPS Priority Int’l (delivery 6-10days), or $25.50 via First Class Intl. Parcel (cost and delivery time variesaccording to destination but may take up to 20+ days).  Shipping to Canada is much cheaper, ask us ifyou need a revised estimate.

  Pleasesend us an email to request estimated shipping /handling cost for any Intl. destination prior to bidding if you areunsure.  We prefer and encourageInternational buyers to have items shipped via Priority Mail Intl. or Intl.Flat Rate boxes as they both include insurance and tracking. We can howevership First Class Intl. Parcel for certain items (e.g. - heavier & bulkieritems) however the shipping fee MUST INCLUDE insurance as tracking is NOTavailable. BUYERs OPTION.  Anyitem purchased for over $400 must be sent via USPS Global Express Guaranteed(GXG) mail.

USPSinsurance if the final auction purchase price is above $100.00 -- AND/ORFOR INTL. FOR ANY VALUE IF AN ITEM WILL BE SENT VIA FIRST CLASS INTL.PARCEL).
