Return Policy:

We offer a merchandise credit minus the shipping and Ebay fees plus a 10% restocking fee. Shipping charges are NOT refundable. The buyer is responsible for return postage of the item.  

Should you wish to return an item, you must first contact us within 7 days of receipt for resolution.  Any item returned must be in the condition it was sent. The buyer is responsible for the return postage.  A merchandise credit will be issued when the item is returned to the seller in the original condition.  Upon receipt of the item, only a credit for your merchandise less fees will be made to your PayPal account within 3-5 days and you will receive an email to inform you of the credit.  Positive feedback is requested.
