All sales are final unless there is a GROSS misrepresentation of the item(ie wrong size/ style/ color)  In the rare event that you have a problem with your item please contact me BEFORE leaving feedback or opening a case and I be happy to help.

Genuinely faulty goods (like a hole that I overlooked etc) will be replaced or money refunded, however we must be advised of any faulty goods upon receipt of the item.  Since items are preowned you must accept that they will NOT look new.  If you chose preowned you accept this on your part.  It is the customers responsibility to pay for and ship the item back to us. If the item is found to be faulty, we will also refund the postage cost.
