In fair used condition - Clearly has been used.
 There are quite a few missing beads in several places and fading along seams.
Handles/straps have faded some and softened/fuzzed.
Also an issue with the yellow cats face - the mesh part has loose and missing threads.
Can see lining through it.
Inside is somewhat yellowed and has pen mark.
One pocket inside, zipper across top.
Thick canvas with coating inside.
