    Each item goes through a thorough inspection prior to listing as well as prior to shipping. Even though we do our best to make every transaction perfect, sometimes a small percentage will end up less than perfect. If for some reason you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact us before leaving negative feedback. We will do everything in our power, under reasonable conditions, to resolve any issues.

    We have been acquiring a large amount of clothing that we get from Estate Sales, Garage Sales, Resale Shops, Etc. We sell various sizes for all genders. From vintage fashions to current trends.

    We do our best to describe and measure each piece as accurately as possible. All measurements are taken while the item is lying flat. For the best fit, take a tape measure and compare a similar garment of your own to find out what size you are.

    Please know we try our hardest to take pictures that show the items true color. The photo may not reflect the exact color of the item as it will vary from computer to computer and the light in which the photo was taken.

    Unless stated as new or condition noted, it comes to you clean, and free of any holes, stains, tears. All of my items are from a smoke free home. Our clothing is shipped via a padded envelope, poly pack or box and wrinkling may occur.

    For DOMESTIC shipping we offer several different services for you to choose from. Depending where you live each service varies in cost and expected delivery date. Calculated rates are based on the items weight along with the weight of packaging materials. Rates are calculated to the nearest pound.

    We package and ship within 24 hours after payment is received - (excluding Saturday and Sunday-will ship next business day). If there is a problem with your package when it arrives please let us know and we will work with you to resolve the issue. Please keep everything in original box as it arrived to you. You must email phots to us prior to resolving the issue to inspect and assess the damage. We will do everything that is fair and reasonable to resolve the issue.

    FREE SHIPPING: If an item is being sold with free shipping it for the lower 48 connecting U.S states only. Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico and all non-connecting U.S territories and International countries MUST contact us prior to purchase for a shipping quote.

    If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within 14 days, less the cost of shipping. Buyer is responsible for ALL shipping costs. Item must be in unused condition and in original packaging.

    If an item arrives damaged please email us immediately along with photos of the damage so that we can make an assessment and we will do everything to resolve the issue in a fair and reasonable manner.

    If you decide to return an item for whatever reason you will be responsible for ALL shipping costs.

    When an item is purchased with "FREE" shipping and you choose to return it you will be responsible for the return shipping and the initial cost of shipping when the item was sent to you.

    Here is an example: You buy an item from us for $20 with free shipping. We package it up and ship it at the cost of $5. It arrives to you and you decide you do not want it and want to return it. You must first email us to let us know that you will be returning it. Then you must send it back to us in the same condition and packaging and pay the return shipping. Once we receive it we will inspect the item and a refund will be made to you within 14 business days after we receive it. In this case you would get $15 refunded back to you.

    When returning an item CurioMe must be contacted prior to returning the item. Item must be returned in original packaging and in the same condition as it was listed here on Ebay. Buyer is responsible for ALL shipping costs and must insure the item as well as provide a tracking number to CurioMe. Once item has been received the buyer will be refunded the purchase price less the shipping.
